Looks like Ray Bob is going to top the spillway. I don't think they are letting enough out to accommodate what is coming in.

Flash Flood doesn't mean the drought is over. I would figure someone who went to A&M would know something like that.

Yes it's better than it was and getting better daily but as of 5/5/15 there were still over 5 million Texas being affected by drought. No most of them are not from Dallas, but not far from it and not just in west tx. I get it, it rained and yalls lakes caught water, but you claiming daily "the drought is over" is getting old and honestly laughable.
