 Fiberglass Gel coat repair?

Need help picking a good fiberglass gel coat repair shop. Hit a stump and knocked out a chunk of Gel and Fiberglass. Have it down to 3 shops. Which one?
Fiberglass Masters on Hwy 6 Waco
Sevier's Waco
Johnsons Fiberglass Burleson

Seviers did mine several years ago and they just used regular bondo and it is coming out, not happy with there work. Have used Fiberglass masters for some little stuff and they did good work but it's been a long time ago since I had anything done there. hope this helps.

Run from anyone who uses Bondo. The proper repair for fiberglass is to lay in layers of roving and mat, saturated with epoxy, faired to the hull and the gelcoat matched. Anything else is a waste of your money. Ask before you leave your boat. It will probably come back looking repaired, how long it lasts and how well it looks is the issue.

Try Westerman Fiberglass in Cleburne. Steve fixed 30+ chips and gouges in my restored 1983 DeckBoat Looks Brand New!! Old school craftsman!

I'm coming from Richland Chambers lake, so I decided to give Johnson Fiberglass (Burleson) a shot. They've had some good feedback on here and can get to it immediately.

Sorry I forgot about this post but if anyone's still interested I used Johnsons in Burleson. Mr. Johnson did great work and is the kind of person that will tell it like it is. He will do good work and doesn't try to push stuff you don't need. He will ALL so get all my future glass and gel coat work if(when I miss UP again).

North Texas Fiberglass in Denton does an excellent job. They just repaired two holes and some scratches in a neighbors's boat and they did a great job.
