I live in longview and never fished there before. Need help with where to launch and more importantly how to keep from tearing lower unit up when navigating? 155?

Sleeper, I would put in at Lake Palestine Resort. It's the last bridge on hwy 155.It's on the right side of the hwy. It cost $5 but your vehicle and trailer are safer there than other places. Just be cautious on the lake because there are MANY stumps just under the surface of the water. Good luck!
