Yep....Lake came up over 2' last night, almost 4" while I did a morning trip and I'm guessing the Spillway Gates will be open tonight! Bardwell and Navarro Mills are 6' over Pool Level and the Creeks are out of their banks. It's AWESOME!!! Didn't have much hope for a good bite this morning but what do I know?  Had an easy 50 fish limit of Whites for my Customers, LOTS of 12" to 16" Hybrids and a couple of Bigger Hybrids! All on Cohos and RSR Slabs. ( www.rsrlures.com ) Not sure how all this water will effect us in the next few days, but lake was relatively clear with lots of floaters on the Main Lake. In years past we've fished RC with Gates wide open and never missed a beat! We'll know in the next few days as we're fishing everyday weather permits. Now booking June and July. Give us a call and Let's Go Fishin'!

Great news! It's got a whole different look to it. I suppose the waterfall will be turned off, if not already?

Yes, the road is FM 488, but don't waste a trip fish it. They built great metal piers on top of the walls at each end of the dam. It was excellant fishing until stinking old Tarrant County Water District quit letting people on it.If they had 3 gates or less open, you could catch huge hybrids, limits of sandies and on the calm size giant crappie, It's been years since they had it open to the public and I cuss Tarrant County every time I pass by!

That pic doesn't even show all the gates. Couldn't get them all in the frame. It has 24 gates...HUGE!
