Our deer lease is about 10 miles NW of Bridgeport Lake so I went up to check on storm damage from last night. Seems the area got almost 7 inches in spots.
The West Fork of the Trinity near Cundiff is normally a gully. It is now almost 800' across at the highway and rolling into Bridgeport Lake. If that's the river that feeds it. I don't see how that lake doesn't come up at least five feet after this. There is more coming in tonight.

Lake level is now reported as 20.9' low. Improvement but, long/long way to go
