 Grapevine bubbles

Went to the Vine and the bubbles are not on at the dam yet.  can't get bait fish. When do they usually crank them up? Thanks for any input.

Thanks Blakehock! Do you know where to cast a net and get shiners? Or at least buy them. Had good luck in the past with fresh cut shad, and those beautiful blue cats.

There was a ton of them on the north side of the dam last weekend in the morning. They were chasing my squarebill trying to spawn with it.
