Haven't been in a good while, but I used to catch a good number of Hybrids down there. I go to the far west end of the dam. Started near that corner and worked the bank heading back north toward. Used to be covered in cattails. Not sure now. Rattle Trap and a sexy shad spinnerbait. Damn they can fight! Hope this helps.

I want to head there in the morning. Been years since I have been there. What is the location of the nearest ramp to the damn. Are the Hybrid coming on live bait or jigs?

Star Harbor for the ramp. I dont fish live bait so I am not any help on that. Shad are at the boat ramp at sun rise.
I did not have any luck.
