Probably Zero $$$$ entry. I can't find anything on the site that mentions having to pay to play. If you play for free and only win chips and points, it' not gambling. If the points leader is awarded a prize it's not gambling as long as he didn't pay to play. At least that's how I understand the laws.

They were doing this in lubbock also, poker with no entry fees, but TABC shut it down because of the poker game was increasing there Alcohol sales, so there must be some law that conflicts that. Im sure it wont last long if there serving alcohol at the place there playing.

When I was in Louisiana the TBC shut down the games in bars. They said because it was in a place that served alcohol that they needed to have a gambling license. We got around it by playing on one of the league members private property. The way the laws were explained to us there, it was legal as long as the host did not take a rake from the pot. If all money was piad out to the players it was OK. Not sure about TX though. We had a lawyer that played with us so he invited the TBC to watch one of our tournaments so they never bothered us after that.
