It has been two weeks now, but on one of my local lakes I saw a likely DD bass eat one of those small diving ducks. It was an adult duck, not a duckling. I know it was a LMB and I know it got the duck because it was stuck on the mat for a while with one of the ducks wings was still flapping out of its mouth. I tried to catch her on my frog and she blew up on it twice, but just kept launching it in the air when she tried to come through the mat.
I also watched a 6-8 pound bass on lake Austin eat two ducklings in a row as they were swimming behind the mom. They just quietly disappeared in a swirl. I know the size of the fish because she was still following them just below the surface while I watched. I guess she was debating how hungry she still was.
I've definitely seen snakes, mice, frogs, and baby birds fallen from the nest eaten as well. I wouldn't feel safe on my boat if bass grew to 200 pounds.

Everything from floating sticks??? to blackbirds has been posted so far. Surprising that there are no comments about frogs, carp, gar, drum...etc...things you would expect to be on a largemouth's menu.

It wasn't a bass but I once caught a 9 lb. Channel cat with a pack of Pall Malls in its stomach.

Byron velvic had a great quote, "if bass grew to 50 lbs, jetskiers wouldn't be safe"
They have a yellow headed blackbird in California, they will CHOKE a yellow headed frog when the birds are nesting.
umm, weirdest thing i have caught them on was the breast meat of a small bird... shot bird with 22... breast out pushed on hook and wait, they ate the [censored] out of it... idk why oh....how I wish bass COULD grow to 50lbs.....don't like those pesky...jet skiers......
