That looks delicious.
Is it all homemade including the rita?
Do you ever bake them when you feel like eating healthy?

Andrew I bake em also and they are just as good. As for the "Rita" it came out of one of those Margarita machines.

Andrew I bake em also and they are just as good. As for the "Rita" it came out of one of those Margarita machines. Side Note: Bob gave me a receipt on smoked fish. Gonna give that a try this summer.

I love fried fish, but feel guilty sometimes cause they are a good protein source and throwing them in the oven or on a grill is better for the body.
