nt 12 was pretty bare compared to yesterday. there were a few big sandies coming out a but few and far between from what I saw.
The rain just stopped in Garland tonight.
I was going to check south of miller tomorrow , and maybe even the bike park but the rain will turn the ground to pudding and unsafe.
it seems every fish is a hybrid until its landed.
see also is it a hybrid / I think its a hybrid

Kind of wondering how much the creek will rise. Rain didn't seem to be that heavy for that long here.

Here you go, save this link, it shows the creek level on the graph. http://waterdata.usgs.gov/tx/nwis/uv/?site_no=08061540&PARAmeter_cd=00065,00060

I drove past the creek and looked at it this morning. It is still raging. I mostly swung by just to see if there are any crazy people going fishing anyway. There are! You go when you can go, I like to say. I may go catfishing out there again today. Sinking and slipping around in the mud sure does get old though.

There are probably some fish up there, but I've been doing too well below the damn to make the trip north. Good luck!

Went out from 7-12 yesterday. 22 keepers not including the 3-4 that I accidentally dropped back in haha Id say I caught over 50. Fishing was great till about 11 then it really slowed down. By far the best day of the run I've had so far this year!
Fishing is only a waste of time if you don't catch anything.
My time is never wasted!

Winner, winner, sandbass dinner! Hi I'm new to the forum, and I love to fish!!! How do you feel about tomorrow's fishing near firewall bridge? All the action this year has been from miller road going south to the lake. Start on page one and read up to here for details.

Has anyone been catching anything today? I'm catfishing the sanbass run. My schedule and the rain haven't been cooperating for sand bass. Gotta go fishing when you can go, and catch whatever's biting. This fish was awfully pissed off.
