Any recommendations on hotels to stay in close to Beaver's Bend for a fair price? I usually wake up at 3am and drive from Dallas, but I'm just beat the rest of the day.

Do like i do just drive night before your fish day and sleep in the car not near as comfortable as a hotel would babe did you close the water.

Hochatown Lodge. Across from Three Rivers Fly Shop. $85 if you pay cash. Ask for the fishermans rate. Yeah, I like the Hochatown lodge. It's not much more expensive than the cheaper hotels in town, it's close to the fishing, it's clean and comfortable, and they have breakfast and wifi.

Oh, it's flooded - fishable but flooded. If I remember, I'll upload a video of me fishing in the trees behind the first bend after cold hole or me landing fish on the gravel path through evening hole.
