Does anyone have any idea on troubleshooting an issue with my running lights not working when hooked up to my 2006 saturn vue, however they do work when hooked up to my truck. I recently had a towing package installed on my vue at U-haul which has been the absolute worst experience for such a simple job to be performed. I have had to go back a total of four times now to have the adapter they installed be replaced due to failure and then improper crimped wiring becoming disconnected. Now that everything is wired and crimped correctly and all fuses in the vehicle are good im still unable to get my running lights on, even though the break and blinkers are working correctly. Sorry for the novel, any advice on where to start troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated!

I agree with what has been said check the ground side
More than likely they have it set up to ground through the ball which is the lazy way of doing the job. People that do it half $$$ need to have their tools taken from them and be beaten with them.

If it has crimped connectors, cut them out, slide on the right sized heat shrink, then solder the connections. Slide the heat shrink down, shrink it and then a couple of wraps of tape.
