We recovered him this morning near his brush piles. At least he passed doing what he loved best. We found two of the biggest crappie I've ever seen in his live well and will have them taxidermied. Always hate to read news like this. Prayers sent for your family and friends. Remember the Lord Jesus Christ has control!

Terrible news. Thoughts and prayers to you and your family. Palestine is a treacherous lake. Fished it for the first time a couple weeks ago. So many stumps and stick-ups, right in the middle of the lake. Always fish with a buddy, wear your PDF, and have a signaling device.
