Does anyone know how to pay the fee to launch at Arrow Pk? I went over there to scope out the ramp today and there is no daily fee box. The sign at the ramp says that a weekly pass or yearly pass is required.
There was one gentlemen at the ramp that said there is a house somewhere on Cohiba Rd. with a sign posted that you can buy a pass. I went up and down that road for a long way in each direction and nothing. Please help!
BTW, where is Ketchn?

The house is closed and the shell station sells them now.

Never fished there but you can get the pass at Navajo burgers. It's the shell station on Navajo Trail.
