Anybody ever taken one out? Ive got a 11' FX20 dual and I'm thinking of removing the second console. Question is, how difficult is it and also can it be re-installed for resale down the road?

They are installed to be permanent. They are glued and screwed in. Glass and gelcoat repairs are needed.

I have a buddy that removed his from a 2007 Champion, he used an auto-body resin remover and his came right out...think he let it sit for an hour or so, popped the screws out and it came right out....he then used the same stuff and general adhesive remove to clean it all up....it looks really good, only holes were from where it was bolted. He actually cut in a couple of speakers where the holes were and it turned out nice....I will call him and see if i can find out what kind of adhesive remover he used.

Thanks, I appreciate the info. I looked at it again and it looks pretty doable. It even has a glove box under there like the single consoles do.
