Went to Eagle Mountain and put in at anglers club. It was really tight and lotz of mud turned up. This was after them digging it out. Caught the buffalo pictured which was exciting. I am undecided on what I am going to do on guide trips. Just so anyone was thinking that was me in the picture It is not me I still cannot grow hair.All fish caught on ole ugly slabs and flies. buffalo and carp are fun to catch! how was the sand bass? did ya catch many? thanks. hopefully we get some rain, hope to do a trip or 2 with ya this spring :-)

We are getting close. Still some fish up the creeks but obviously not all of them. The next couple weeks should bust loose.
I can't wait!
That boat looks good floating Johnny.
Maybe we can catch a little of this rain today and bump the lake level up a bit more?

I know 25 is not a good day for you, but most of us would take that any day. I still have not gotten on EM. Going to Texoma with family over Easter. Do you have to have a membership to launch at Anglers Club???

Do you have to have a membership to launch at Anglers Club??? Yes. And there is strict speed limits also, isn't there Johnny?

Yep. Unless you have a small boat or go in and out on trolling motor. I made it out but will not do again until more water.

where can you launch on eagle mountain, can you launch at twin points?

Bryang... Lakeview is the only other ramp. It's on the NE part of the lake.

Lakeview is very steep and very long.
No on Twin Points still closed.
