Rick's response to the negative press ought to tell you something about their customer service. No one's perfect, but their concern for their customers is excellent.
Patti always asks if I want some coffee, that is when they aren't busy, and I always feel welcomed.
I can buy my fishing stuff anywhere, especially online, but I would rather do business with "good folks."
They are a bright spot in that old shopping center, and it does me good to see nice people succeed.
Well stocked, lots of variety, and they stay up on anything new in the market.
Give them a try-

Rick and Patty understand the lack of patients Bass Anglers have for poor service and bad selection... That is why they are successful and will continue to be the growing choice for selection and service by Bass Anglers. I see them expanding even more in the near future because of that dedication to provide what we want, when we want it.

APT is a good business model for us to utilize and pass along to other anglers...

They are the best in customer service. Love to go in there, just wish they were closer to me.

Rick and Patty has always been in tune w/the customers needs and wants. Not to many places these days where you can go just to hang out and kill some time if your not looking to spend any $$$ (good luck w/that though. I still haven't figured out how to accomplish that feat..!)...There's a flipping cup and rods rigged up to kill sometime, popcorn, coffee, sodas, magazines, lounge and TV...If you have some gear your needing to sell..They have a consignment section. Rods, reels, tackle, shades, ect. that can be left in the store to be sold.

A huge selection of quality gear to pick from. The racks are always nicely organized and easy to navagate. Have a prob w/finding a bait, certain color or size..All you have to do is ask and Rick or Patty will usually have an answer for you before your done.

Top notch all the way around. Shoot on in and and get you some real southern hospitality.

Seems like every time I go there, as I walk in the door someone greets ya with a nice
"Hi how ya doing, can I help you find something," I like that.

APT is my favorite store on the planet. We are lucky to have people that care as much about what they are doing as much as Rick and Patti do. I've done a ton of business with them over the years and will for as long as I'm still able. The service and selection is unmatched. They are really in tune with what's going on in the bass fishing world and make sure we have a place to get what we need.

It would have been a good time when you were there to bring it up to Rick instead walking out unhappy. It makes no sense to say the "last time" you were in there but followed by "the past few times". Management is always the place to go if there is a problem. Rick and Patty are great people. They have a great store and will always put the customer first.
