Had to break down and make a new jig box. The old one with the open hinges just wasn't holding up any longer.
The hinges on the box couldn't support the weight of all the jigs.
I picked this box and cork board up at Hobby Lobby.
I found 3 glues that work if you scuff up the plastic a bit with sandpaper.
The best and easiest glue to use was Aleene's Fabric Fusion...found at Michael's Craft store...It's in a plastic squeeze bottle and dries clear.
The other two that will work is Liquid Nails and Contact Cement.
I quit using hot glue cause in the summer it tends to melt and the cork starts coming off.
Just wanted to share in case someone is looking for a way to store their jigs
Also, They do sale the individual small boxes without having to buy the large tote they go into.
I just went with the large tote that came with all the boxes in it already.

Maybe ya wanted to pics of the glue(?).

Aleene's Fabric Fusion I liked because of the squeeze bottle it comes in which makes it very easy to work with and it doesn't have hardly any smell to it

The contact cement smells pretty strong and I personally don't want that smell getting into my jigs and is applied with a brush which can be very messy

Okay. Now let me see if I got this right. You have 1 big box that holds 16 small boxes. And in the small box you have shown, there are 78 jigs contained in it. So, 16 times 78 jigs equals 1248. Surely, you don't go crappie fishing with just 1 big box of jigs. I mean that's kinda lightweight. And I know-"don't call you Shirley"

sarcastic
Well, NO.
I had 4 bigger than these individual boxes containing different size jigs.
1 box for 1/32 oz #4 hooks
1 for 1/16 oz with #4 hooks
1 for 1/16 oz #2 hooks
1 for 1/8 oz #2 hooks
I gave away all the jigs with #4 hooks
The box with the 1/8 oz jigs Held about 400 jigs and the hinges could not hold up to the weight.
I have transferred them to 5 of these new boxes.
I will only need one box for the 1/16's that I have with #2 hooks
I guess I better get busy making more jigs to fill the rest of the boxes I have. grin
