If that is the suspending version of the rogue then I would not replace with 4's. It'll make it sink. I replace the back two with 6's and the front with a 4 because it usually doesn't suspend very well. I'd get test them in the water first if I were you

Those are the floating Rogue. Yellow eyes float, red eyes suspend. They will probably float with #4 hooks just slower. They might kill some of the action though.

Yes, those are the floating rogues. If you upsize the hooks to #4, it kills the action (from experience). Use # 6 hooks and some suspend dots so they cast a little better and float a little slower.
