Going to give Granger Lake a try on Thursday. Never been there , the Taylor Park boat ramp looks like a good place to launch, but if anyone knows better , let me know.

Suggest you launch at Fox Park East ramp. Wider and not as steep. Also have a cleaning station on top of the hill. I will be there tomorrow as well.
Keep on fishing.

Ok , is there a sign from 1331 that says fox hill? The satellite just shows a gravel rd with no sign.

It is named Wilson Fox park. It is off the same road that goes across the dam.

from the fox park east ramp go to your right towards the dam. Before you get to the dam, you will see a large cove to your right. As your going in, pay close attention to your depthfinder. there is a little dropoff that runs across the cove, approx midway thru. It only drops abt 2 feet, from like 12 to 14 feet. When you find that ledge drop anchor in a position where the wind is at your bow and when you throw your cork out the wind will be pulling it away from the boat. set your slip cork rigs at various depths to as deep as 10 feet. You want to anchor so that your boat up slightly up from the ledge so you can cast to the ledge, so drop a marker bouy on it. Try a large profile bait, like a yum wooley beavertail tipped with a minnow. If the fish are still staging and hadnt gone to the banks yet, you should catch some. if not work your way to the banks of that cove. But give the deeper water at that ledge a good chance first. you can see the lake, and that ledge on navionics/ http://webapp.navionics.com/?lang=en

COMING SOON! .. THE STICKLE HOOK " the stay level sickle hook". sits level in the water with all knots.! Provides better hook sets and more natural jigging motion. No more adjusting the knot, gluing , or tying loop knots that cause the hook point to tangle in the loop, or worse knick the line.. The jighook that will make all others obsolete !
