Ok, this whole thing read like a story. What's the next part? Did anybody check it out today? Y'all got me mighty interested. What can you get in those creeks? Normal size boats or john boats only? Don`t even think about putting a boat,canoe,tube ,or even a Pirogue in that water!! It`s tooooo swift for that type of fishing.It`s just slack water bank fishing.As Tundra Rich said "find a slack pocket" and drop a jig or minnow in there and hang on!

Hey Tundra Rich, I came back thru there on I-45 after scouting that creek you suggested @ NM and Chambers Creek was like a Rolling River of Chocolate Milk and even seemed to be up quit a bit!!The Army Corp of engineers even added another digit to the cfs flow.I think there is still some run off causing the discoloration but colorful jigs with a hint of Orange,Pink& Chartreus should get you bit anyway.

about every 20 minutes you can pull one...seems the water is getting lower and slower
