I am trying to figure out an issue on my MK Max 80. Every so often it will just start trolling without me hitting the foot pedal switch. Any ideas to what the problem might be?

sounds like the magnet in your foot pedal needs to be adjusted. Where the push button is there is a small magnet that makes contact with the push button. take your finger and just barely push it back down.

Or the spring needs to be replaced on the pressure switch.

Or some of your wires have gotten hot and now are touching. I had that happen before.
