I need a little advice.
I've been looking at the ProAngler rods and there is no place around here to go look at them. So I don't know the difference between the medium and medium heavy. I found an image on google and both the medium and medium/heavy said 10/30 weight.
I'm looking for a 10/30 class rod something like or between the Ugly White Cats & 7' Tiger Lite Heavy. It'll be paired with a 6500, 50lb braid and 30 or 40 lb leader & using circle hooks. So a parabolic bend would work best.
Thanks
Dean

If you primarily hunt big fish the pro angler mh is great. If you focus on smaller fish like under 20#. Medium is fun. I use the new mediums cause my customers like the fight of a fish under five lbs but they will handle fish over 70# easily. They brought in numerous fish in the trophy class this winter in open and heavily timbered areas with no problem.

The Pro Angler M is very similar to the White UglyStik, but with a sturdier tip.

I don't think you can go wrong with either, but I think the Medium would be ideal for you.

Thanks for the feed back.
Sounds like the ProAngler M is what I'm looking for.

Most of the time Wheeler and Wilson in Alabama. Tim's Ford gets hit once a year, as well as a couple smaller lakes nearby.
I used to fish more in TN but the commercial fisherman and trot liners have done so much damage farther down river, that I've just moved on to better water.

I wish Pro Angler would post more pics of their rods on the website since I can't see them in person. They look like nice rods but I just can't make myself buy one just yet. Every time I decide to buy a PA, I back out and buy an Ugly Stik Lite. I need to see better pics or at the least, make a video of them and post it on Youtube smile
