Wondering where I can buy an assortment of crappie jigs. Always used minners - ready to try some jigs - not interested in tieing my own....yet. Sure would like to purchase a pre put together assortment that was put together by someone that has some experience.

The Bait Bucket in Rio Vista Tx. has two different jig makers that have hand tied crappie and bass jigs on consignment. If you are in the lake whitney area look them up. Corner of SH 174 and FM 916

Pepop is in e texas too. He's fished here his whole life, he knows what works and could put an assortment of the best ones together for you. Along with tips on how to use them. He's done it for me. Dont neglect plastics either. While im sure you can do a number on the crappie with hand ties you may like plastic baits as well. An idea would be to get someone to meet you at academy or any other local tackle shop and point you in the right direction. That way you can see as well as feel what you are buying.

There are dozens of very good jig guys on here, but I would say if you want a assortment, Skip is in the most of all of it.

Thanks Jerry for the recommend. I pointed him to Skip since he lives on TB I figured he'd be better suited to fix the guy up. I told him I'd be glad to put an assortment together but that I didn't know TB specifics at all. Skip will get him the gear & probably point him to where & how to best use them.
