I was out in my shop earlier today getting a few things together and realized that I don't have squat for strike king lures. Just a hand full of square bills and a couple packs of plastics. Walmart don't have much of anything. And I really don't have time to go to bps or cabelas. Dang this is going to be an interesting tournament. I guess its worth it to fish them for an extra $5000. Who all is planning on fishing? Should be great weather and fishing should be better.

Cedar Creek has been getting a lot of attention lately. We will be there throwing Strike King most of the time. Seems to be a little low on the hourly so going big. Lots of nice 5 plus fish caught last weekend in Ignition.

As the Most Interesting Man In The World says -
"I don't always fish Strike King, but when I do, I win an extra $5,000"
You don't have to fish Strike King Lures in this event, but why wouldn't you? Strike King has baits for every style of fishing.
Saturday and Sunday afternoon, among the 100+ Door Prizes we have 40 Strike King Lure paks with a black/blue Denny Brauer jig, pack of black/blue Rage Tail craw trailers, KVD spinnerbait, KVD square bill, package of watermelon/red KVD GameHogs for Texas or Carolina rigging, a pair of Strike King sunglasses plus some fishing accessories from Academy Sports. Win one of these paks on Saturday afternoon and/or one of the 30 rods or 20 reels and you are good to go for Sunday. Really think the Tournament could be won with one of these baits.
Staff will be at Log Cabin Park at noon Friday for Registration and staying until 9 or later if people are still coming in. Registration starts again at 5:00 Saturday and Sunday.
Legend Boats will be on site for boat display and Demo rides.
Good luck this weekend, the weather is looking nice

My $100 tackle warehouse order came in today. All strike King stuff. An extra 5k is a lot of money. By Sunday the fish will know what model strike King spinnerbait is passing by them

Thanks for the comments Drew. And thanks to Strike King for offering our anglers the $5,000 Bonus opportunity. We are proud to say Strike King has been a KCKL Tournament sponsor and supporter for 15 years and counting.

By Sunday the fish will know what model strike King spinnerbait is passing by them you better check the rule on that Drew and make sure it still counts as a strike king spinnerbait after you get done bedazzling it.
Luck is when preparation meets opportunity.
