I took off the nut and washer to remove the prop on a 112 but the prop does not come off. ? Another step to remove the bolt or something? Many thanks

tap it gently on the edges of the blades with a rubber mallet, alternating blades after few taps. Mine fits on snug, use end of socket wrench ( rubberized) to give mine a few taps.

It may be frozen to the shaft. Tap it with a rubber hammer or short 2X4 and it might help.

At least its not a Motorguide. They have little stainless pins that bend and makes it hard to take off the prop.

Minn Kota has shear pins too, could be that it has carved a slot in the plastic. Rotate when hitting with mallet if need be. Pins can bend and stick in the shaft too.
