And as far as your animosity toward bowfishing. I take it you don't like hunting deer, hogs, or fowl either? And probably don't agree with archery season. I don't have a problem with you fishing for carp or gar. Neither does the State of Texas. Nor do they have a problem with me fishing with a rod and reel or with a bow.

But thank you for your concern and opinion of what I do. Although unwanted negativity, and judge mental, it's your opinion. And If your from Texas, I'm sure You know what we say opinions are like. :-/

If you haven't used it, my way works 100x's faster.
I've never boiled corn, but I've used the cool aide. Still doesn't work as quickly as carcass. I use filetd out catfish, crappie and sand bass remnants as well.
