Finally got it all down on the computer. This is written from my perspective as one of the judges. It covers Thursday through Sunday with some nice twists and comebacks. Enjoy!

It was a lot of fun. My Dad has already said he wants to go next year. Lots of cash and prizes but a great get together with tons of folks. We had close to 300 at the Saturday concert.

is there a tutorial for all the gamesmanship? my son qualified for next year, though his school will have to be on vacation for him to be able to go. the weigh-ins are seemingly quite important, timing wise. good to see the interest building up.

If he's new to the game I'd say get your five or three or however many are the limit for that day and get them registered. We had one guy show up late and I disqualified him. The gamesmanship is fine and all but the confidence you get when you see your name at the top of the leaderboard helps a lot too.
