I managed one undersized hybrid.

BTW, where do you guys park on the weekdays when the construction crew is out there?

They are everywhere. look for deep pocket/slack water. you only need two lures..

tiny fluke + spinner = all whites you want.

last time i fish there was like 5 or 6 years ago... don't think game has changed that much since then...

We got out there about 2 and fished till 5. White spinners and killed it. People can over think it with temp, time of day, barometric pressure, this and that. Yeah sometimes those things matter, right now they are running up the river and that's that. Just throw a spinner, SLOW ROLL it back and they bite. We got most of our hits around NT12.

Alright I've talked myself into going down there most likley Wed. morning after I get off work. I'll be bringing my spinning rod and my fly rod. Where should I park? Can you park at Miller Rd. in the mornings on weekdays?

Once we park at the Rowlett Nature Trail how do we cross the small creek before getting to Rowlett Creek?

Walk down the path further until the creeks merge into one. It's about a ten or fifteen minute walk. You will start seeing the paths cut off to the creek people are using.
