Have about ten Curado 200s still in service plus one 200 SF and a gold Chronarch SF. The longest lasting reels made to date and have outlasted every Abu, Daiwa and other brand I've owned. Also have a new in box 200 and a couple of 200 SF models I picked up used that are in 9.9 condition. May work them into the rotation at some point. Have the new I model Curado, the jury is still out on that one.

I still use the Shimano Bantam 1000, 1000SG. I just rebuilt another today to go back into rotation on the old tapered Shimano rods. A bit older than the Curado but a close kin to the LEWS. I pick up one now and then for parts to keep them running. My son fishes the Curados and Scorpion but the dang handles are on the wrong side.

My Chronarch 100s were re built by Connie with higher end bearings at least 12 years ago. I found one the other day I thought I'd lost and it spins better than any new reel I have. It's going back in the boat very soon Thanks for bringing that name up, I'm going to buy that DVD.
