Mr Holman,what coating did you use to fry your fish? Tony Chachere's Seasoned Fish Fry Mix - I do not use egg or milk. Salt and pepper the filets, drop in zip lock bag with fish fry mix and shake bag to coat. The filets will need to be wet but not dripping so the mix with stick. I use a fry daddy and fry from 6 to 8 filets (depends on size)at a time.
