Finally huh. Just got back from over there and was waiting and waiting. Knew it had to happen. With all the new growth the fish should get a good spawn off this year. There will be a bunch of fish that never see a bait on the bed this spring with the water up like this.

Awesome. Too bad it's gonna rain the rest of the week.

We are at rayburn right now. Having tough time in the brush. Seems to be only bucks (atleast all we have caught) in the brush for us haven't caught any size.

Back off a little....mouth of coves, off banks in 6-8' and CR lizard....hold on. Also a trap... back off the bank a little. Staging females a little deeper...good luck!

3 to 6ft worked for us last weekend. Had a 3rd place finish. Our biggest was a 5.07.

Anybody have water temps? Will be there next week. Hoping the rain stops and the fish turn on!

I just got a report of two huge DD bass from Rayburn this week....no confirmation on exact size, heard they were near 14 pounds each.

Was there 3-16 to 3-19. Surface temps ranged from 62 in the morning to 67 in the afternoon. My son caught a 6.39 female in the brush about 5 feet of water. Nothing but small males up shallow. Did see a few fry balls swimming around up the creeks. Very confusing 3 days.
