Good time last night! Nice to see some old faces and meet some new ones! Congrats to Anthony and Kevin!
FYI, from a post regarding GV boat ramps in the Bass section, posted yesterday:
I was told by grapevine parks today that McPherson, Dove loop and Travic will all open tomorrow. Its about time
I haven't checked to see if this is true (of course Dove Loop was open last night), but encouraging none the less.
See you guys next week
This might be the weirdest, most pointless post ever. I am not against golf, since I cannot but suspect it keeps armies of the unworthy from discovering fishing

From the Grapevine website:
Boat Ramp Status: Currently, Lakeview North, the low water Meadowmere boat ramp, Dove Loop, Trawick and McPherson Slough boat ramps are open on Grapevine Lake.
The following boat ramps are closed due to low lake levels - Meadowmere (standard) boat ramp, Farris Branch, Katie's Woods, Lakeview South, Sand Bass and The Vineyards Campground & Cabins (this ramp is private to those staying at the Campground).

So is there a plan for next Thursday? I couldn't make yesterdays and I wont be able to make them all since I work in south Arlington but I will try and make one once a month. I have never fished grapevine and I have never fished a tourney so I'm PUMPED to get out there.

If I can bring what I brought today just fun fishing then you guys need to be prepared haha. I will say that grapevine is my worst lake to fish. Either way I'm pumped to be out there Thursday just to meet some other yakkers.

Okay guys, I know it's just Sunday night but Aris just lit the fire under us all again by upping the stakes. We have lots of stuff in the works for this working mans and can't wait for everything to fall into place. First up I would like to say Thanks so much to Aris and the guys over at Mariner Sails. I can't say enough good things about yall . But for Aris to up the the up the stakes by upping next weeks Gift Certificate to $85 to match the Big Bass payout for last week is just Classy as all get out. So if you are not psyched yet, let me say it again... next weeks winner will recieve a Gift Certificate to Mariner Sails for $85!!! This is huge. We also got a box full of Lures courtesy of KJ's Custom Lures and will be passing these out to the winner. Like I said we are all working on making these Fun for everyone.

Alright guys, just to get you even more hyped up, I just landed a deal with Fringe Tackle and we will be hooking the winner up with a box of his bad [censored] swimbaits for a few months!!!! If you don't know about Fringe Tackle, you better start learning. These are absolutly awesome!!! One of the harder swimbaits to get out there because you can't buy from his site, and he only sells small batches to select vendors!! This is huge!!! Thanks again Jeff Piil @ Fringe Tackle for the awesome advice and working with us!!!
