What part of Texoma and how deep? Just curious. Went to Butcherpen on Wednesday afternoon and only had 4 crappie between the two of us.

Main reason is most of the fish were males. But the few females I caught, no eggs. I'm puzzled too. Same here. Filled the basket 3 times this weekend between all the kiddos fishing at the dock. Caught ours at 35' in 40' of water on minnows. Mostly males. Cleaned 1 fish that had eggs. We've killed em two weekends in a row now but they're deeper than where we usually catch em.
