Wow....Sorry to hear that!
Been launching there all Winter and Lake came up almost 4 feet in the past ten days. Wouldn't have thought you'd be even close to the rock burm that was built up by prop wash. May have had quite a few boaters this weekend and pushing their boats onto the trailer with the big motor. Ramp wasn't being used hardly any till the lake rose.
Chase...Oak Cove is in much better shape now too.

Man that blows my mind. We were launching there with the lake 10 1/2' low. I figured with it up 3' things would be much better. Must have been a bunch of power loading going on during spring break that pushed the rock burm back up.

Kubroe...That's the only thing I can think of that could have happened. I dinged my prop quite a bit when it was almost 11' low, but I've launched a couple of times with the level now at 7' low with no problem.

Royce if that burm is getting stacked up let me know. I will have an excavator in the area next week. Could knock that thing down real fast.

Chase,
Waterfall is on/off periodically now. Guess all the fresh water in the wetlands may determine when and how much the Waterfall is on? No fish biting (Hybrids) still on the Main Lake but hopefully as the water and weather settles, we'll get the Whites and Hybrids back on. Really only fish being caught now are Catfish way up the Creek Channels where the water is coming in. The serious fishermen are making trips as far up the creeks as they can go (15 miles) and then catching fish in 1' of water. It's a tough trip and then no guarantee you can find the fish. We've all but given up and cancelled most trips the past few weeks.
Kubroe...GW at the Marina passed away a couple of weeks ago and Dorothea (His Wife) is now in charge of the operation. You may want to give her a call. I've only launched a couple of times in the past week, but launching with no problem since the Lake came up.
Good Luck and let me know if you have questions.

Chase,
We fished quite a bit this winter. I have not been on the water in 3 weeks or so. We have been fishing mainly for catfish but to be perfectly honest I'm a bit tired of the catfish routine. Hopefully the striped fish will show up soon. If we could get a few sunny days like today things should get going pretty quick.
How is the saltwater treating you? Still like that big catamaran?

Salt has been good... will head back down in July. Ill be on RC this spring though.. probably in the cat boat if the lake stays up.
Hopefully it will turn on sooner than later... I'm with you... I think next 2-3 weeks it will turn to good times again!
