Anyone ever use these rods? I remember when Bill Lowen used to be sponsored by them. They are American made and look like good rods. Just wondering if anyone had any opinions.

Thanks

Those rods used to be great rods but the owner got sick and sold out to the company attornies who knew nothing about fishing and less about business. First thing they did was cut the pro staff west of the Mississippi then some of the ones east who were doing them some good. They ended up selling the company and the new owners are much better. I know the fellow who used to be vice-president and he sais the blanks are still made in McMinnvillle Tenn. I know when I was using them they were the most sensitive rods I had ever used. I don't think Lowen is still with them I think the yo yos dropped him to. I talked to my friend in Tenn other week and he said they are back making the rods like they were made before.
