Need directions on how to get to the spillway from Anahauc. What area is the best to wadefish? What wind? Are there any flounder to catch?

The only spillway that i know of near Anahauc would be the one near McCullum Park,HLP spillway.The tides are extremly low right now so you would be wasting your time.I fish across the bay at the Anahauc Refuge.Good winter fishing for both flounder and trout.But again,with the low tides,if your wading from the bank,you are wasting your time.
