 Heard a WELCOME sound this morning!!!!

Stepped out in the pre-dawn darkness this morning and LOW & BEHOLD, my ears were awakened by the sounds of thousands of frogs croaking. I think everyone of them dug their way up outta the mud & muck yesterday. It's a GREAT indication that spring is about to sprung! HOPE EVERYBODY HAS A GREAT SPRING!

Heard the frogs, the hoot owl, the cows...but it was the mating songs frombirds that were signaling me that in the spring is in the air! Thanks TBOX...I almost forgot to listen, thanks for reminding me...

Richie and I car pool to the meetings and discuss what we heard that might help us on the water as we ride back. We were talking about how cool the eagles are as talked about in the meetings. We talked about the different lakes and the things you might incounter depending where you are. No telling what you may see or hear from alligators to huge beaver. We then started reminiscing on our home lake. We have something during spring that'll really get your attention if your not used to it. If your fishing anywhere near the dam you can often hear the roar of lions and tigers. There is a rescue right there and those cats sound like their on the shoreline. It's awesome! I do remember the first time I unexpectedly heard them at Sun up.

I noticed that I also heard the frogs for the first time this morning. Made a comment to my wife about it.
