MMMMM just got mine out of the oven with some taters and onions
Put some lemon / pepper / salt / other little spices and put some butter with it and cooked it in the oven yum yum

I have to agree with red ranger. Usually they stock 1700 fish . today they put in 200 or so. What a waste of time

i finally weeded through the TPWD site and found the stocking schedule. It seems they have SEVERAL scheduled release dates for those trout. Probably to keep them from being bird bait. Think Hurst has the most release dates out of anyone. I am gonna try and get out there next time they release some. Myabe a TFF trout fest?? hehe.
