Cedar Creek is an awesome winter fishery for white bass & hybrid stripers. Most people have success with flukes and fish the deeper water near creek channels. I would recommend looking up "dead sticking". Its the technique we use this time of year. Some people fish it off anchored boat, some stroll it with there tm, and others drift with socks. This lake can be intimidating this time of year. The patterns can change quickly with the weather. Let us know if we can help, we still have boats & guides available next week if you want to go with a Pro. To see whats being caught check us out on facebook or on the web.

Agree with Chuck - especially given recent weather - look for the fish on your finder and try to stay still when/if you find them - deadsticking is boring (to me) but extremely effective... not sure about what boat you are in but some say banging on the hull seems to attract their attention ...tons of fun when you get into them... i can tell you they are NOT shallow now.

Was real slow out here today. At iron wall hump found fish in 35 feet. Went to spillway hump and found very few.
