No idea. I live here in roanoke also. You're welcome to come to my apartment pond if you want, crappie and a few bass in it. I had a good lead from Tman that didn't end up working out. Always on the hunt though.

That's easy and I don't live near Y'all, but I know what to do. http://www.mapquest.com/us/tx/roanokeUse this or any map, look for creeks small water features, make notes of put ins or places to park. Research it a little and go fish. I make presentations to local FF clubs about local creek fishing, and it's a target rich environment. If the stream holds water, there are fish holding there. Chances are too that there has been very little fishing pressure on them - except for birds. Go out and give it a try. Les

You can go to the river that runs under 377 or any where around the mouth of Grapevine lake. White bass and crappie should be running soon.
