Had a 32 pound bag weighed in last Sunday in a 5 1/2hr tourney, with a 9lb kicker. sad part is only the kicker fish was released. The other 4 fish for 23 lbs were released to the grease. Makes me sick. From my understanding the director begged the guys to release the rest, but they wouldn't. The rules have since been changed. I personally thought that it was always a unwritten rule to release your fish after weighing them. Guess some people are still stuck in the 80's! Another sad thing is one of the anglers isn't even old enough to drive a car yet....

Wait, say what?

Ugh.

FWIW, that bag is an anomaly. Fishing on Lake Austin has been extremely tough this winter. No grass, less bait, lots of pressure and very cold water have made it a tough bite. Good luck.
