what will this week of freezing temps/snow/sleet/rain do to the surface temps of the lakes in n texas? it should make my week off to catch the early march full moon/spawn pretty much a non-starter. if spring can be sprung for real in the next two weeks, can the temps rebound so the next full moon will be worthwhile? it wouldn't surprise me to see temps in the low forties for the next several weeks.

It could spring them into a great prespawn bite but I would imagine it's going to take but longer here in NTX! Temps where we'll on their way too! But this shot that down and back into the high 40's w this weeks forecast not looking much better besides tuesday
