The lake bottomed about Jan 1, 2015 and since then has risen over 23 inches. If you were able to get your boat in at mid August last year, then you back in business now. And, the lake is still rising from this week's snow, sleet and rain. Lake level is 4.37 ft low.

Great seeing news like this! I sure hope we have a very wet year. A lot of places can really use a lot of rain.Good that other water bodies are filling up.

Richland Chambers caught approx 6" from that rain a month or so ago. Tarrant Regional had it pumped out in about 2 weeks.

Great Dennis we need the water up here at Eagle Mountain. We are still over 10 ft. low. There was an article in Azle paper that the TWRD has pumped an equivalent of an Eagle Mountain lake in the last 18 months from Cedar creek and Richland Chambers and we are still 10 1/2 ft low. With the way the metroplex is growing I am not sure there will ever be enough water. That 9ft pipe line may not be big enough. Johnny

4.28 feet low right now, and it has risen almost 4 inches in the last 24 hours, and I just crossed Kings Creek, and it was rocking and rolling, so it will come up some more.

Hope we get 2+ days of rain like they're forecasting right now. We need about 6 more inches under our dock to get the boat out. And another 1.5ft if we want to keep it through most of the summer.

I would love to see our lakes only 4 ft below. But seems like west of I35 the lakes are still in bad shape. Hopefully the rain/sleet/snow helps!!! I'm glad to see the rain in the forecast for the next several days

2.7 feet low right now and water still comiing in. Supposed rain another inch tomorrow.

I was on the lake for a few hours today. There's a mud line just a little past power line cove, 44 degree water on that part of the lake, and lots of floating stuff. There was still lots of water coming in, even before today's rain, so it's going to come up some more.
