 How big of bx anchor do I need?

I have a 19' bluewave boat Iam makeing a couple bx anchor is 12"x12" big enough?

I run 23ft falcon and thats the size I run with no issues even in strong winds.

12 x 12....1/4' or 3/8" We run 13 x 13 3/8".  24' heavy center consoles.

I'm making two 16" from 1/4" X 3". Would that be over kill for a 20ft pontoon?

Well I spilt the difference and made them 14" x14" I put a swing arm on it that falls back at 45degrees But they are heavy lol I might make some 12" x12" in the future . Thanks to all for your help . Keep a tight line.

I made a collapsible 18" box anchor. It holds pretty good.
