I use several sizes of jig heads 1/64 number 8 on 4 lb test 1/32 number 6 on 4 lb test and 6 lb test 1/16 on 6 lb test 1/8 rarely 1/4 never crappie simply cannot resist a super slow falling potential prey item and in many waters I visit the fish wont accept a heavy jig on a regular basis
I have to agree with Ketchn on this one...

I thought 1/8oz and 1/4oz was the only sizes they made. Seems to work either way.

The same as Ketchn, but a 1/24 were he has the 1/16. The slow way is the only way. If you don't have time to go fishing, stay home.
