Look under Driveshaft Housing & Exhaust Tube it will be the Lower Mount Cover
If it is a Mercury 250 start with Part#8m0001136 and go from there

That cover either cracked or came off all together I assume. Mercury has a kit to convert to 3 screws.

That cover either cracked or came off all together I assume. Mercury has a kit to convert to 3 screws. If I'm not mistaken, it already has the 3 screws. And yes, it cracked. I'm assuming it's purpose is purely aesthetic. I don't really see any other reason for it, but I went ahead and ordered a new one.
