One of the things Slade Dougharty mentioned at the Extravaganza was the new mounts for your electronics. I have never been a fan of the ball mounts. They can never be tightened enough to keep your finder stable in rough water. Seems like everyone I know is always grabbing for the unit every time they hit a wave. Slade also mentioned David now carries the new mounts. They looked solid to me and Slade talked pretty positively about them. I'd like more info about them!!!! David???? Anyone else use them????

We use one up front and love it! Very solid and sturdy! I'm not a fan of the ball mount either. Would like to change my console unit to one as well.

One person asked about taller mounts so that he wouldnt have to be bending over to adjust or see it. You can get them here: http://www.dub-l-seat.com/Easy_View_Mount.php
