first let me get this out there Sorry no selfies or anything else but I did manage to find a couple of keeper crappie yesterday and quite a few dinks. It was nice to feel the thump again since like i've said before, my fishing is limited to creeks since i am in a two man and don't know where to start in lakes. It was a nice day and there were a lot of sandies being caught but I was after the crappie. Most all came on thunder chicken bobby garlands about 4 feet under a float in what seemed to be 12-15 FOW. I will be in San Antonio next week and Arkansas in 3 weeks so hopefully when I am done with those trips the crappie will be ready in my local creek. For now it will be fish tacos this week sometime.

anyway pictures or not it aint true no matter what happened ....

Well, glad you got to catch some fish. I went yesterday too with lots of small fish 5-6" with only two keepers. Hope you can get back to the water soon

Ya , I forgot the selfies and when I filleted the last one I thought "dang no pictures equals no proof". I know my friends will claim it's just another fish story but when I cook em up and have crappie fish tacos I won't much care what they think. Next time I will at least get a few selfies in so that I have proof and my thread will not be worthless.
And of course when that first one hit, I thought to myself KABOOM!
